Description: Cooling Line for Female Moulds including all stations required to take the female moulds and have them cooled, cleaned, inspected and returned to the starting point. Position (1) is the Cooling Zone. The female mould is cooled down to 100 Deg C. A chain conveyor system delivers one female mould per minute through the system. This system uses forced air as a cooling medium. Air Volume 40.000 mc/hr. Mould Weight 450Kg. Maximum temperature at the entrance 180 Deg C. Mould Temperature at the exit 100 Deg C. Total Energy to be dissipated 284 Kw/hr. Air Volume 40.000 mc/hour. Air Inlet temperature 25 Deg C. Air Outlet temperature 45 Deg C. Position (2) is the Transfer Chain Conveyor. Dimension 1400mm x 3000mm. Motorized chains controlled by inverter. Position (3) is the station to Remove Moulds from the Line. A gantry running on a single runway with both magnetic and mechanical lifting units to lift and remove either top covers or female moulds from the line. Position (4) is the Gravity Roller Conveyor. Dimension 1400mm x 3000mm. Position (5) is the Electrical Control Panels.
