The PURCHASER agrees to register a “Right of Way” Road Servitude against the title deed for the benefit of Erf 8 Swellendam at his/her/their own expense. Same shall be agreed upon with the owner in respect of Portions 4, 6 & 7 of Farm Bakkely’s Plaats No 156 and registered in the title deed of Portions 4, 6 & 7 of Farm Bakkely’s Plaats No 156.
  • The PURCHASER acknowledges that Erf 8 Swellendam does not have direct water supply to the PROPERTY. The PURCHASER agrees to register a Water Supply Pipelines Servitude against the title deed for the benefit of Erf 8 Swellendam at his/her/their expense and make the necessary arrangements with owner of Portions 4, 6 & 7 of Farm Bakkely’s Plaats No 156 in order for the owner to register the servitude against the title deed of Portion 4, 6 & 7 of Farm Bakkely’s Plaats No 156.

    Water:
  • The PURCHASER acknowledges that at his/her/their expense shall draw up an agreement together with the owner of Portions 4, 6 & 7 of Farm Bakkely’s Plaats No 156 to stipulate the terms and conditions of the future pump water maintenance plan.
  • The PURCHASER acknowledges that at his/her/their expense shall register the water rights with the Department of Water Affairs to extract water from the Buffelsjagsrivier.
